The National Federation of High School Associations has released the final two policy debate topics/resolutions for the 2014-15 academic year. They are:
Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its non-military exploration and/or development of the Earth’s oceans.
MIDDLE EAST POLICY REFORM
Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its constructive engagement with the government of one or more of the following: Egypt, Iran, Israel, Saudi Arabia, the Palestinian Authority.
The Wisconsin Debate Coaches’ Association collaborates with the Wisconsin High School Forensics Association to submit Wisconsin’s vote to the National Federation. If your school has a membership in the National Debate Coaches’ Association, the National Forensic League, or the National Catholic Forensic League, then it is eligible to participate in any of those organization’s voting as well. More information about how to vote in Wisconsin’s process will be forthcoming.
