About the WDCA

Who We Are?

The Wisconsin Debate Coaches’ Association (WDCA) is an organization of middle school and high school debate team coaches in Wisconsin. Member schools host tournaments throughout Wisconsin from September through January with the season culminating in our State Tournament in late January. Divisions include Lincoln Douglas, Public Forum and Policy debate.

We are committed to promoting ethical conduct, good sportsmanship and high-quality debate at all tournaments. We have biannual meetings in the spring and fall which all member coaches are encouraged to attend.
